How to Become a Millionaire ePublishing: Write Constantly (Sit Down and Prioritize), Have a Plan and Stick to It

If you stick to it, you will do it.  I mean that if you work on craft,  you will produce more regular works for which your readers will reward you.  These days, in case you were not paying attention, there is a new revolution that is under way.  ePublishing has leveled the playing field for all of us who are serious about our writing.  Yes, you can live off your writing.  You can create great work that will sell millions of copies and thereby create various revenue streams.  However, if you are not willing to produce your best work, you may not sell more than 5 copies.  All ePublishing has done is to change the way that books are delivered to customers. That doesn’t mean that a customer is more likely to buy your work.  That is a fact of life.

As a writer, this is a great time we are living these days.  ePublishing allows you to connect with your readers.  It eliminates the gatekeepers such as the agents and traditional or legacy publishers.  Once you release or distribute your works, your readers can start reading them on various platforms.  The iPad, iTunes, Kindle, Nooks are some of the devices that your readers are using to download and read your literary works.  In some way, technology has greatly benefited the writing world.  Writers and authors must be thankful for those advances.

As long as you write a great story, a great work of fiction, the readers will come.  And they will not hesitate to  pay for it either.  Now, you may want to learn or play with the pricing a little bit.
